Refund policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his or her trade, business, or profession.

A. INSTRUCTIONS ON WITHDRAWAL

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (DMVE sàrl, 8A, Op der Haart, L-9999 Wemperhardt, Luxembourg, e-mail: info@relax-cottage.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged fees because of this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

GENERAL NOTES

1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.

2. Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect (“unfree”).

3. Please note that the above points 1–2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
